Burn Up Those Calories and Get Glowing With Detox water

Detox is the trending term for everyone today. Face it! Each one of us wants to have that awesome looking body with no flab’s, right? But just burning those fats in the gym is not enough if you want to look gorgeous along with feeling gorgeous. So if you want to look gorgeous and slim down, it could be water detox that you are missing out on.
Detox Water:
Water detox is a simple detox system to flush out the toxins from the body. And the good news is that you can make it on your own!! Now that should give you a good reason to try it out today. Without much ado, let us start off with the water detox recipe. As everyone knows water in itself plays a pivotal; role in cleansing our system and by adding a dash of some ingredients into it, you can actually transform water into a detox potion.


Simple lemon detox water:
Simple is always better, heard that before? Well I don’t know how far that could be true in all circumstance but in this one, it is bang on! If a simple water detox is what you are looking for, then this is the recipe for you. All you got to do is squeeze the juice of half a lemon into water and drink it early in the morning. After waking up your body is dehydrated and this detox drink will not only provide the much required hydration but also flush out the toxins that have accumulated throughout in your digestive system.


Cucumber, mint and Lemon Detox cleansing water:Cucumber is very hydrating vegetable as it has majorly water in it. Lemon has a cleansing effect, thanks to citric acid which purifies the digestive system. The mint adds the freshness to the drink and enhances the taste as it is a great combination with cucumber and lemon. Slice 1 lemon, 1/2 cucumber and 10 mint leaves. Mix it in 6 cups of water and let it steep overnight. Sip on it the next day.
Strawberry anti-aging detox water: Mix 1 strawberry sliced, 1/2 small cucumber sliced and 1/2 grapefruit sliced. Muddle the strawberries along with cucumber and grapefruit in a bowl. Pour the ingredients into a pitcher of water and refrigerate it for 6 hours and drink it.
Grapefruit detox water:
Grapefruit juice is one of the best juices for your body. Grapefruit is loaded with vitamin C in high dose which will help you to cleanse your body completely. Take half Grapefruit, 1 Cucumber, 1 small ginger piece, 2 Litres water, mint Leaves 4 and ice.


Apple Cinnamon flat tummy detox water:
This water detox recipe will cleanse your system and also help you burn the calories. All you need is an 1 apple thinly sliced, 1 cinnamon stick or cinnamon powder about one spoon and one pitcher water. Pour water in a pitcher and add the apple and cinnamon in it. Keep it in the fridge and let it set for 15 minutes and that’s it, you have your detox plus fat burning drink, ready!

Slice the cucumber and grapefruit and then add them to a pitcher along with rest of the ingredients, mix it and leave it for a day. Next day keep drinking it all through the day.
