Milani Supreme Kohl Kajal Eyeliner: Review & Swatches
The
packaging on this eyeliner is really nice and simple but also sleek.
The claims on this product are that it's waterproof but also packed with
hydrating and nourishing ingredients. It's a kohl liner, making it very
versatile, and it's also self sharpening for ease of use!
The
formula on this liner is really creamy and comfortable to apply. And
it's super pigmented and a rich black color! I wore this liner for
several days to test the wear and I've found that it's extremely
long-wearing, even in the waterline! I'm very impressed with the comfort
and longevity of this liner!
